No. Lullgrove is designed to complement your existing EAP, not replace it. We fix the intake handoff, the period between an employee reaching out and the EAP picking up the call. Most of our customers keep their EAP coverage and use Lullgrove as the triage and routing layer in front of it.

Employee check-in data is never visible to managers, HR teams, or other employees. Employers receive only aggregate, anonymized utilization reports, no individual records, no names. This is a structural design decision, not a policy. The data architecture separates employee-facing data from employer-facing data at the database level.

Essentials and Growth are annual contracts. There's no minimum headcount requirement for Essentials (up to 250 employees). Growth requires a minimum of 51 employees. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually, typically starting at a 12-month term.

Yes, a HIPAA BAA is available for Enterprise customers. Lullgrove is built with HIPAA security controls in mind, encrypted at rest and in transit, audit logging, access controls, and we can sign a BAA as part of the Enterprise agreement.
